The protein count per serving is not ideal for a 2lb tub—just 16g. Remember this is not a muscle gaining powder. With only one gram of sugar and 1.5g of total fat, it’s ideal for the woman who’s looking to get into shape by losing weight and then building upon that loss later with muscle.
In terms of its advertisement as “made for women”, it’s really up to your interpretation as it’s clear that Fitmiss is looking to appeal to women in the weight loss mindset. We wouldn’t say we’ve seen guys using it but the difference in goals remains evident.
